I really hate how I can’t talk to any men without felling like they think I’m hitting on them or something. I feel like I get “turned down” for wanting nothing more than friendship from people.

First of all, you’re not my type. I prefer women! Second of all, the men I do find attractive are feminine and are probably mistaken for women regularly. When Jordan and I go out in public people say things like “have a nice day ladies” or “can I get you girls a drink?” It’s just such a shitty feeling to get rejected when you don’t even have those intentions. This sweet girl was dropped off at my Dad’s work today, she is about 9months old based on her teeth and development. She will probably be a 35-40lb dog when fully grown and nourished. She has been very clearly abused, she’s covered in cuts and scrapes and a case of mange that needs to be treated. We cannot take her on, we have two dogs her size already and this house just can’t support her. She is a sweet dog who responds well to attention and just wants a little bit of love.
